Our usual Development Cycle involves the following steps:
During Pre-Production we focus on the creation of a feasibility analysis in combination with a detailed project description and task list, which will be aligned with specific milestones. This allows us to “keep our eyes on the ball” throughout the development and gives the client a very specific idea of where the project will be at what point in time.
During Production we move through the Alpha and Beta stages. The Alpha stage gives the client a first glimpse of what the final product will look like and the Beta stage already shows very specific characteristics of the final Release product. While moving through these stages we always make sure to keep in close contact with the client and request frequent feedback in order to make sure that we are moving in the right direction.
The Release Candidate is a product that is very close to the actual Release and which undergoes intense stress and functionality testing.
Depending on the client’s needs we usually are involved with the Release of a product into the market and offer our advice in order to make this step as smooth as possible. We have helped a lot of products into the market on a variety of different platforms, which has given us an extensive base of knowledge that we can apply to the release of each product.
After a product enters the market we stay by the client’s side and are involved with bug fixing and updates or even expanding a product to different platforms; we can pretty much do it all.
Last but not least, we always tell our client that the “game” doesn’t end after a product is released into the market. Our advice is to plan ahead and make sure that there is a proper marketing budget in place that allows the client to give each product the necessary “push” that will make sure that the target market knows about the Release. Over the past years we have put together a knowledgeable group of people, which can take care of this for our clients as well.
